My Pathway to Books is a blog devoted to Indie Authors.  I started book blogging in October 2011 after I went to an Indie Author signing.  The authors at the signing explained how important book bloggers were to them, and it made me want to start blogging and make a difference.  I have a passion for Indie Authors and I try to help them out as much as possible.  One of my favorite things is finding books that don't have the credit they deserve.

My name is Ivan. Currently a Microbiology college student. Despite my love for Science, I like reading fiction especially fantasy. Also some contemporaries sometimes.

Rumpelstiltskin and Co. is a genre-unspecific book blog. It contains book reviews, author interviews, discussion posts and more. Reviews are based on unbiased personal opinion and by weighing the strengths and weaknesses of the literary work.

Reading and writing are my favorite things to do. So, I decided to combine the two things I like to do most, and now here we are. I am a young adult book reviewer/blogger, who is a young adult (teen, 16) herself. I mostly prefer any book with a little bit of romance (what can I tell you? I'm a romantic), though I will read almost any ya book. I mostly just do reviews of books that I've read, but recently I've started to join blog tours and release day parties (with giveaways), so go check those out. During my free time (what's free time?) I do homework, write stories, and plan what books I will be reading next.

Hi guys! My name is Camille and I'm a teenager who spends a little too much time with the books (not that that's entirely a bad thing!) High school can get boring sometimes when it's not stressing me, so my favorite thing to do when I'm not freaking out over math tests is to read. Romance, fantasy, and especially YA Fiction, you name it, I'll read it.

Obsessive Compulsive reader is my middle name. So I thought, what better way to share my love for reading than to make a blog? Thus Viva la Bookworm was born. My philosophy is I'm only young once so I might as well read as many YA novels as I possibly can before I get older than these characters. I review whatever I can get my hands on, and with my library being across the street from my school (it's awesomely huge), my book shelves are always full.

I am J. Grace Pennington, author, daughter, sister, Christian. I love Jesus more than life itself.  I write as I rest in the life story He writes, giving in to the plot twists He sees fit to give me, enjoying every second of the great story of life, knowing beyond any shadow of a doubt that it will end with “and she lived happily ever after.”

I am a storyteller. I capture stories from my mind with a pen, from life with a camera, and from books with my voice. On my site, you can learn more about my stories, or perhaps get my help in telling yours.

Basically, my blog is about the tedious life of a bipolar teen selkie who spends her days with her nose in a book. I've always been fond of reading books, but lacked the proper medium of expressing my post-reading feelings. I created The Selkie Reads Stories to point out my opinions about the books and graphic novels that I read. I bury my nose in all kinds of genres, but I tend to lean towards contemporary YA, legal thrillers, fantasy, and historical fiction. My blog is still in it's early stages, but you'll find honest reviews about latest releases, lots of international giveaways, memes, and more in the near future. It would mean a lot to me if you give my blog a chance and check it out! :)

Booked Up!

Hi! My name's Jessica, and I have loved books for as long as I can remember. I have been looking at book blogs for a long time, and finally thought "I will just try and make a little blog myself!" I created Booked Up! in January, 2012, and since then it's become more and more fun. I've been in about five blog tours with more to come, interviewed many authors and fellow bloggers, held Giveaways, reviewed as many books as possible, and reached 200 followers in four months. I really hope that everyone enjoys reading my posts as much as I enjoy writing them! Hope you can stop by! :)

Hi, I'm Megan, and I love reading, (but I guess you already knew that.) But what I'm trying to do is share my love of reading with others. Who knows, maybe someday I'll succeed. (I hope I do.) My blog is a small YA Blog, where I review a book almost every day (on average) and I'd really love it if you'd check it out. I just decided in January to start it (on a whim), and discovered that I really liked blogging, and meeting new bloggers. So The Book Babe was born. :P

We are just two teens who are obsessed with reading. There aren't a lot of people who love books more than we do where we live so we created this blog to hopefully connect with other readers and share our opinions and excessive fan-girling. Anyways, we are new to the blogging community, but we are adding to our blog everyday. Our favorite things to read are usually YA (of course), but there might be a couple adult novels we read every now and then too. We generally review paranormal/urban fantasy, dystopian, and realistic fiction. Check out our blog! We'd really appreciate it!

I've always fond on reading books, and recently this year I've decided, why wouldn't I do a book blog that focuses on the books that I'm reading so that I could share my thoughts and Interact with fellow readers -- and that's it I came up on creating Beyond Imagination. I'm mostly a YA reader. Some of my favorite authors is Maggie Stiefvater, Ally Condie, John Green, and Suzanne Collins. I'm wishing that I'll become successful in this book blogging and I'm grateful and honored to have friends and co-bloggers to chat with and exchange each others thoughts.

A Little Shelf of Heaven is a place where I can talk about the books that I read, without getting rolls of the eyes and annoyed glares from my friends for talking about fictional characters. I read pretty much an YA books, but I especially prefer paranormal and contemporary romances or dystopian/utopia novels. I always try and stay positive about the books I read, even if I didn't particularly enjoy it. There is at least one good thing in every story, is what I always say!

I teach reading and English to middle and high school students and I absolutely love sharing new books with them.  My goal as a teacher and blogger is to show kids, especially ones that don't exactly love to read, that the right book for them is out there somewhere...it just might take a bit of searching to discover it.  This blog is also for parents and other teachers who want to find out about what is happening in the world of children's and YA literature so that they can also help match kids with the right books.

Paperbook Princess is my very first blog, and I am super excited about it... I have always loved reading and I tend I always lean towards the YA books more then anything, but my favorite authors are Nora Roberts and Sherrilyn Kenyon.

I decided to start doing reviews on the books I read because I am hoping that it might help me digest them before I move on to a new one. By putting words to my thoughts once the books are finished I will be able to relive the book over again instead of just pushing it to the back burner and moving on to the next book.

iLive, iLaugh, iLove Books

Lucia is the brains behind the middle grade and young adult fiction blog iLive, iLaugh, iLove Books. She began blogging in early 2011 when she was really bored and wanted something to do. The blog reviews middle grade and young adult novels, almost any genre, but especially fantasy. If blogging was a paying job, she would definitely sign up. Of course it isn’t, but she still loves doing it anyways—spreading the love of books, one reader at a time. Lucia is notorious for her unhealthy obsession of chocolate and cookies. Her literally closest friends are her kidneys, Martha and George. Lucia likes to chat until she wears herself out (a rare occurrence) unless she’s called away by her Ninja Master on some dangerous mission to save the world. She likes unicorns.

My name is Heidi, and I am a librarian.  The awesome kind.  The kind that will stand up for intellectual freedom and your right to read whatever you damn well please.  Among other things. However, those things do not concern us here, and so I won't waste our time explaining them.  You are welcome to equate me to your favorite librarian hero, be it Lucien, Giles, Batgirl, or the wonderful librarian that gave you your first library card and fostered your love of reading.  Contrary to popular belief, being a librarian isn't all about loving and reading books.  Luckily, this blog is about little else.  I'm a fairly eclectic  reader, so you're likely to see a wide range of reviews here. Not every book is written for every reader, but you can usually figure out how I feel about a book based on my recommendations and the likelihood that I'll read other books from the author/series. If it sounds intriguing to you, try it!  If it doesn't, skip it!  It's as simple as that.

I am a college student who has intense love for fiction books more than school books. I am taking nursing which I think is one of the reason I love reading books. For me, it is a chance to escape from all the workloads and enter another world. Reading is more important to me than food and sleep combined. When I’m not reading, I’m exercising my right as a glutton. When I’m not stuffing my mouth with food, I watch movies and fantasize about my fave actors. When I’m not lusting over people who don’t even know me, I pester my cat. And you guessed it right, I love cats. One of my hobbies is sleeping and it will be the death of me in the near future.

Some Books and Coffee just started last May 16, 2011. It didn’t really started on WordPress. We built SBC on Tumblr, because first of all, we weren't familiar on how to blog on WordPress, and second, we are very used to editing themes on Tumblr. Just this August 29, 2011, we gave WordPress a try, and after a few hours, we have transferred SBC from Tumblr to WordPress.

SBC features Young-Adult literature. It’s the central foundation of the blog. It has a daily dose of book reviews, memes, and news on the latest bestselling novels on the block. SBC is the perfect place for YA bibliophiles to browse for book reviews, while drinking coffee.

I am an avid reader and though I like most genres, I mostly stick with chick lit and young adult novels.
I look for a book with a plot that makes sense, strong characterizations (I hate when a character appears strictly to make an important point, and then vanishes, never to be heard from again), real dialogue and of course the romance (not bodice ripping heaving loins or the like, I’m talking real palm-sweat-inducing fluttering heart stuff).
This blog is my chance to share those great (and not so great) books that I find along the way.

I read and review both new and older releases – I like to spread the book love around! I participate in many weekly book memes, host author guest posts, interviews, giveaways, and occasionally co-host blog tours, and I also blog about my writing and my journey to publication.

Hello Everyone!

It has come to my attention that there are some blogs in this directory that are no longer active or the link does not connect to the desired blog. I will be doing my best to weed these inactive blogs out so as not to waste the time of anyone looking for a new blog to follow.

I ask that if you click on a link and it does not work for any reason, please contact me at bloggerful_1@yahoo.com, and I will remove it.

Thank you!
